Our Partnership
Rockwell Industries Limited has partnered with Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) which is a non-government social service organization, dedicated to the cause of tribal and rural upliftment. Founded by a group of eminent social activists, the motto of FTS is not only to improve the socio-economic condition of the tribal society but also to free them from the clutches of deprivation that have for so long hindered the progress of the entire community.
The other areas on which the organization focuses are:
- Development of social bond
- Health care education and first aid service
- Development Education including training for zero cost natural farming and various vocations
- Awareness of different welfare projects run for them

Our Communities
Our company invests in associations and collaborations that focus on sustainable resources and Community development; to benefit our customers, employees, and the environment in which we live and work.
Rockwell is a socially responsible organization on which we have taken the following steps:
- By switching over to PPGI we have achieved ‘Zero’ pollution industry status.
- We conserve water and have created 1, 00,000 ltr. Capacity rainwater harvesting pits.
- We generate approximate 25 lakh units per year energy with the help of wind turbines, against total consumption of 25 lakh units per year.
- We are a positive GREEN ENERGY Company.
- Blood Donation Camps are organized by Rockwell in association with Rotary Club.
- Free Eye checkup and Dental Checkup programmes have been undertaken for the benefit of our employees and family members by engaging services of qualified and experienced doctors specialized in their fields.
- Workers are provided with RO purified water to be taken home for the benefit of their family members as well.
- Free homoeopathic treatment is organized for the benefit of factory employees, particularly women employees, for treatment of anemic conditions.
