It is Rockwell’s philosophy that an employee stands to become more efficient and productive if he is trained well. The training is imparted on four basic grounds.
New candidates who join an organization are initially given orientation training. This training familiarizes them with the organizational mission, vision, rules and regulations and the working conditions.
