Training is crucial for organizational development and success and we believe that an employee stands to become more efficient and productive if he is trained well. The training is imparted on four basic grounds.

New candidates who join an organization are initially given orientation training which familiarizes them with the organizational mission, vision and the working conditions.

  • The existing employees are trained to refresh and enhance their knowledge.
  • The employees are trained to cope up with the latest updates and technology amendments. 
  • Recognizing that promotion and career growth are important, employees are also encouraged to take up training sessions that get them prepared to share the responsibilities of a higher-level job.
